Bidvert Self-service Advertising Platform User Agreement

If you are joining as a Bidvert CPA Network affiliate user, you must read this agreement.

1. General Information and Acceptance

This user agreement (“Agreement”) is binding for all users (“Users”) who register on and use the Bidvert Self-service Advertising Platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Age Requirement

Users registering on the Platform declare that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under applicable laws. The Platform does not permit the registration and use of services by individuals under 18 years of age.

3. Use of the Service and Obligations

Users agree to fully comply with this Agreement and act in accordance with all applicable local and international laws while using the Platform. Any misuse of the services provided on the Platform, or any actions deemed illegal or contrary to the purpose of the Platform, may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the User’s account. Bidvert reserves the right to freeze or suspend accounts without providing any reason.

4. Advertisers’ Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that all content they provide complies with applicable local and international laws. Advertisers assume full legal and ethical responsibility for the content they upload to the Platform. Bidvert Self-service Advertising Platform is not obligated to monitor the legal compliance of advertisements but reserves the right to remove any illegal or inappropriate content reported through complaints.

5. Advertisement Approval Process and Responsibility

Bidvert Self-service Advertising Platform may automatically approve some advertisements, while others may be subject to review by our moderation team. However, advertisers are ultimately responsible for the content of all published advertisements. The platform assumes no liability for the legal compliance of advertisements with local and international laws. Although our moderation process is conducted with care, Bidvert is not responsible for any legal liabilities arising from errors in moderation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of their content and accept full liability for any legal or criminal consequences arising from illegal content.

6. Complaint and Removal Process

Users may report illegal, misleading, or inappropriate advertisement content to [email protected]. Reported content will be reviewed by the Bidvert team and removed from the Platform if found to violate applicable laws. Bidvert commits to handling removal requests in compliance with all relevant laws.

7. Account Security and Misuse

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. It is the User’s responsibility to take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their account. In the event of misuse or fraudulent activities, Bidvert reserves the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate the User’s account.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

At Bidvert Self-service Advertising Platform, we are constantly working to improve our platform and provide the best possible experience for our users. However, it is not always possible for us to fully monitor or ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, or quality of the content uploaded by our users. We kindly remind our users that they are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of their content, and Bidvert cannot be held liable for any issues arising from user-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

All content on the Platform, including images, logos, text, software codes, and other materials, is the property of Bidvert or third parties and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Users may not use such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Bidvert.

10. Campaign and Product Policies

Bidvert reserves the right to modify, add, or remove products and services available on the Platform, as well as launch or terminate promotions without prior notice to Users. Bidvert has full discretion over such changes without any obligation to notify Users in advance.

11. Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering on the Platform, Users confirm that they have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. Users acknowledge that Bidvert has the right to freeze or delete their account unilaterally if they fail to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

12. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of England. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts for any disputes arising under this Agreement.

13. User Obligations and Applicable Law

Users are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutes while using the Platform. Any legal or criminal responsibilities arising from the use of the services offered on the Platform shall be borne by the User. The User guarantees that their activities comply with the laws of the relevant country in which they are operating.
